Pre-Design Consultation
Every collaboration begins with a personal consultation. We listen carefully to your brand story, market positioning, and stylistic direction to fully understand your needs. During this stage, our design specialists advise on materials, gemstone selection, and technical feasibility - ensuring that creativity and functionality move hand in hand. This dialogue lays the foundation for a smooth and transparent process from concept to completion.
Design Development
Our designers translate your ideas into detailed hand sketches and visual mood boards that reflect your identity. Together, we refine proportions, silhouettes, and setting styles to achieve harmony between artistic intent and structural balance. The goal is to create a concept that is both distinctive and ready for technical realization.
CAD / CAM Creation
Once the creative direction is validated, our CAD/CAM experts bring your design to life in three dimensions. Using industry-leading software such as Rhino, Matrix, or JewelCAD, we model every contour, facet, and setting to ensure precision and manufacturability. This digital blueprint serves as the technical heart of your jewelry - where every millimeter matters.
3D Printing & Visualization
Your digital design is then transformed into a high-resolution 3D resin model. This stage allows you to evaluate proportions, volume, and aesthetics in real scale before moving forward. We provide detailed photos and videos, or upon request, ship the physical resin model directly to you for review. Adjustments and refinements can be made collaboratively before proceeding to production.
Prototype & Sample Creation
For complex or high-value pieces, a full metal prototype can be produced for approval. This tangible sample allows you to examine craftsmanship details - such as prong strength, stone alignment, and comfort on the skin. Only once the prototype meets your expectations do we validate the design for final manufacturing.
Final Approval & Transition to Production
After the design is perfected and approved, all technical files, gemstone specifications, and quality checkpoints are finalized. The project is then handed to our production department for casting, assembly, and setting - ensuring a seamless continuation from concept to finished jewel.
Rendering
Before a single prototype is made, our design team creates high-precision 3D renders to bring your concept to life in photorealistic detail. These visuals allow you to evaluate proportions, metal finishes, stone sizes, and color combinations with complete accuracy.
Each render is produced using industry-leading software to simulate real materials: from the brilliance of diamonds to the depth of colored gemstones and the subtle reflections of polished metal.
This stage enables clear communication, quicker approvals, and confident decision-making before production begins.
