At Erawan Atelier Ltd., we craft and ship jewelry from our atelier in Thailand to customers worldwide.
Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on design complexity.
Shipping Method
All international orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 2–10 business days after dispatch.
Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by their local authorities. Erawan Atelier Ltd. cannot control or predict these charges.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email.
Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Erawan Atelier Ltd. is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing or events beyond our control.
