Product Development & Design

Each production begins with the approved 3D CAD design from our design department. Before moving to manufacturing, our technical engineers perform a comprehensive feasibility review: checking prong thickness, stone tolerances, setting depths, and metal flow. This ensures that every design not only looks exceptional but is also engineered for durability and wearability.
Our team collaborates directly with you to make final refinements - maintaining the artistic intent while optimizing structure, comfort, and efficiency.

Wax Injection

Using precision molds, molten wax is carefully injected to create a flawless replica of your jewelry design. Each wax model is inspected under magnification to ensure sharp definition and dimensional accuracy. This step is fundamental to guaranteeing that your final piece reflects every intended detail - from delicate prongs to fine engravings.
Our artisans handle both traditional rubber molds and modern digital molds for maximum precision, allowing us to support reorders or collection consistency at scale.

Casting

The wax models are attached to a casting tree, then encased in specialized plaster to form a mold. During the burnout process, the wax melts away, leaving behind the negative space for molten metal. Our team controls every variable - temperature, metal composition, and casting speed - to achieve consistent results with minimal porosity and optimal metal density.
We cast in 18K gold, platinum, or silver alloys, ensuring the ideal balance between strength, brilliance, and comfort. Each casting is carefully cooled and cleaned before advancing to assembly.

Laser Assembly
& Soldering

Once the cast components are ready, our goldsmiths assemble each piece with micrometric precision. Using laser technology, we solder even the smallest joints without visible seams or excessive heat impact - preserving the metal’s integrity. This step is crucial for complex designs such as pavé settings, articulated bracelets, or multi-part earrings.
Every structure is tested for alignment and strength before proceeding, ensuring that your jewelry maintains perfect balance and symmetry.

Filing & Polishing

Our artisans meticulously hand-file each piece to remove casting marks and smooth the metal surface. Using multiple polishing stages - from coarse to mirror finish - we enhance the jewelry’s natural brilliance while preserving clean lines and sharp edges.
This stage demands time, patience, and expertise: it’s where your jewelry begins to reveal its final elegance. Each piece is polished before and after stone setting to achieve a flawless reflective surface.

Stone Setting

Stone setting is the soul of the piece. Our master setters, trained in both European and Thai traditions, position every diamond and colored gemstone under microscope precision. Whether pavé, prong, bezel, channel, or invisible setting, each stone is securely mounted to maximize brilliance and symmetry.
We specialize in mixed-setting techniques that combine diamonds and colored gemstones - allowing your designs to shine with personality and depth. Every setting is verified for alignment, level, and stone stability before final polishing.

Quality Control

Quality is not a final step - it is embedded in every phase of production. Still, before packaging, each jewel undergoes a multi-level inspection:

Metal integrity (checking porosity, polish, and finish)
Stone security (verifying tightness and alignment under magnification)
Dimensional accuracy (measuring according to CAD specifications)
Final aesthetic check (evaluating proportions, brilliance, and balance)

Only once a piece passes all internal and client standards does it receive ERAWAN’s quality seal.

Packaging & Dispatch

After final cleaning, each piece is packed with the utmost care to ensure safe transport. We use secure, moisture-proof materials and can accommodate your custom packaging or branding requirements. Through our trusted logistics partners (such as FedEx), shipments are fully tracked and insured until delivery - wherever your market may be.
