At Erawan Atelier Ltd., each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted to order, making every item unique.

Once production has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or cancellations after order confirmation

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact support@erawanatelier.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
If confirmed defective, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

If we ship the wrong item, we will cover all return and reshipment costs.
